HEED Finland at the AYDF International Women’s Day Celebration 2026

HEED Finland will be joining the Association of Yoruba Descendants in Finland Women’s Wing for the International Women’s Day Celebration 2026 on Saturday, April 11 from 11 a.m.
HEED Finland will be performing health checks and giving culturally sensitive health guidance to the participants of the event. These health checks include body composition, blood pressure, haemoglobin and blood sugar tests. For accurate results, we ask that you please refrain from eating or drinking 2 hours before the event.
For the health checks and guidance please arrive between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. The body composition measurement is done by standing on a machine with bare feet, so please wear socks and shoes that are easily removed for the measurement.
